Gecko warranty and service agreement

Gecko Depot warrants that all spa systems, spa packs, keypads and heaters shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of manufacture plus a six- month (6) grace period.
All Aeware accessories, including in.tune CD players, in.pix CD/DVD players, in.power audio power supplies, in.keys audio keypads, remote controls, in.zone ozonators, in.watch in-house monitoring devices and air.wav blowers are covered by a one-year warranty (18 months from the date of manufacture as displayed on the merchandise, one-year product warranty and a six-month "showroom" grace period).

Additional warranty provisions

Gecko guarantees that products sold by Gecko Depot are free from defects in workmanship and materials. Gecko's warranty does not cover problems arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, miswiring or improper installation, problems caused by improper or inadequate electrical service, or damage caused by power surges or electrical failure. This warranty is not transferable and replacement or credits are made only to the original purchaser.

GECKO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR OTHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER INJURY OR DAMAGE NOT EXPRESSLY COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. HOWEVER, THIS LIMITATION ON CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SHALL NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES FOR INJURY TO THE PERSON.

If any provision contained in this warranty is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provisions shall be deemed modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
